The other day, we received a short video clip of Dina’s bat mitzvah and had an opportunity to relive all the wonderful memories from that weekend. We are now three for three with you. Since we first met five years ago, you have helped us with three smachot — in wildly diverse locations.
— With Yoni’s bar mitzvah, you helped us make the Southern wall steps and the Khan theatre magical, blue-and-white spaces for his Yom Ha’atzmaut, Israel Independence Day, extravaganza.
— With Aviv’s bar mitzvah, you helped us fulfill our crazy vision of having a fun, elegant party in Hezekiah’s cave, just outside the Damascus Gate, followed by a lovely party at the Mount Zion Hotel.
— And for Dina’s bat mitzvah, you found us that wonderful new space at the Mount Zion hotel, then helped us shlep all our friends up north for a fabulous beach party.
Each time, much as we appreciated your help in the conception, the planning, the preparation, we were even MORE appreciative of all the help on the day of the event. Each time, and with each event (including various side dinners), you allowed us to enjoy ourselves, to have fun with our family and our guests, rather than having to run the event.
Added bonus — when we recommended you to other friends — who pulled off a fabulous dinner in the desert under the stars as part of a week-long bar mitzvah tour, they were as enthusiastic about all your assistance as we were.
We and the kids are so grateful for all that you have done for us and for all our guests. We wish you luck in your new location — and look forward to working with you again when weddings, anniversaries, etc emerge – we’ve run out of b’nai mitzvah!!!

It was always a dream of mine to have my son’s Bar Mitzvah in Israel. Dream became reality when my wife and I connected with Astruc Events and began the process of planning both our son, benji and our nephew, Jonathan’s, B’nai Mitzvoth in Jerusalem in december’ 2005.
With guest numbers, budget, and priorities in hand, Ezra went off and presented us with venues, menus, decor and seven day Bar Mitzvah tour through Israel that left nothing to be desired.
Ezra selected a Sephardic Synagogue in Yamin Moshe as the site of the Bar Mitzvah ceremony and it was spectacular with its view of Jerusalem, history and ornate design. No guest will ever forget the magnificent food, unique venues and outstanding entertainment that our simcha encompassed.
Our Bar Mitzvah was a challenge to coordinate. We had two Bar Mitzvah boys to accommodate, two families to please, and over 90 guests from different countries and cultures, speaking different languages and varying ages to consider.
Not only was Astruc Events able to manage all of our various needs and requests, but ezra himself, was amazing in ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that every one of our guests was happy and well looked after.

Ezra planned my son Benjamin’s Bar Mitzvah in Jerusalem at the Kotel and at King david Hotel in May 2005. I cannot praise him enough.
He was always available, delightful to deal with, very calm and unflappable.
It was invaluable to have our man on the ground to facilitate contact with hotel caterers, florists and reservations department who were frequently busy and difficult to get on the phone.
At the time of the party Ezra was there, he was everywhere! He was on hand for all last minute glitches and always impeccably calm! He had plenty of unusual ideas and venues for additional activities!

So many people told us that making a simcha in Israel was a huge stress. But we never found this to be the case as Ezra took all the stress away from us.
Asrtuc Events planned an organised 2 separate events for us , one in TA and the other in Jerusalem erev Chag Peasch- not the easiest time of year when industry in Israel breaks up for chag.
Their attention to detail , timings, and the do’s and donts’ was invaluable. We would not even think about going to use another events company as we trust Astruc Events to deliver on budget and without any fuss. They are great value for money, added with their personal touches creates a streamline seamless service that I know is far more competitive than some of their competitors who offer half the service for double the price.
